At Traffic-Fans.com, we want you to feel confident ordering from us. This page explains exactly when and how refunds apply to our website traffic packages, so there are no surprises.

Because our products are digital services delivered directly to your website, refund eligibility depends on the delivery status of your campaign at the time you request a refund. We’ve broken this down into three clear scenarios below.

1. Campaign Not Yet Started – Full Refund

All campaigns are reviewed and launched within 1–24 hours of your order being confirmed. If you change your mind before your campaign has started, you’re entitled to a 100% refund, no questions asked.

To request this, simply contact our support team referencing your order number.

2. Campaign In Progress – Pro-Rata Refund

Once a campaign has started, traffic is delivered gradually over your selected delivery window (1 to 30 days). If you request a refund while your campaign is still running, we will:

  1. Immediately stop the campaign and
  2. Calculate and refund the proportional value of the visitors that were not yet delivered.

Example: You order 5,000 visitors. By the time you request a refund, 2,000 visitors have been delivered. You will receive a pro-rata refund for the remaining 3,000 undelivered visitors.

This applies regardless of when during the campaign you request the refund – the calculation is always based on delivered vs. undelivered volume at that exact moment.

A note on fast delivery speeds: If you select a 1-day delivery speed, your traffic is delivered at high volume over a very short window. In some cases, the full order may complete before we receive and process your refund request, simply due to how quickly delivery happens at this speed. If this occurs, the order will be treated as fully delivered under Section 3 below. If you’d like more flexibility to cancel or adjust mid-campaign, we recommend choosing a longer delivery speed (2 days or more).

3. Campaign Completed and Fully Delivered – No Refund

If your campaign has run to completion and the full ordered volume has been delivered – which we can confirm via a trusted third-party statistics link provided with every order – the order is not eligible for a refund.

We understand that results can vary depending on factors outside our control (your website, offer, or landing page), and we’re always happy to discuss your experience. In some cases, we may offer a goodwill solution on a case-by-case basis – but this is offered at our discretion and is not a guaranteed right of refund once delivery is complete and verified.

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund at any stage:

  1. Contact our support team at support(AT)traffic-fans.com or via our Contact page.
  2. Include your order number and the reason for your request.
  3. If your campaign is in progress, we will stop delivery immediately upon your request and calculate your pro-rata refund based on the delivery status at that time.

We aim to process all eligible refunds within 3–5 business days to your original payment method.

A Note on Digital Products

Our website traffic packages are digital services that begin delivery shortly after purchase, at your request. By placing an order, you acknowledge that once delivery has started, refunds are handled according to the pro-rata terms above rather than a standard fixed-window return, given the real-time nature of the service.
